THREE WAYS TO ATTEND
TAI is harnessing the web and new immersive technology to reach out beyond the Heartland -- enabling virtual attendance at their event by professionals and key thought-leaders on both coasts and around the world. Virtual registrants can attend Heartland GreenUp through a simple web interface providing realtime session video, popup slides and interactive text-chat; or in our fully-immersive, 3D convention center in Second Life™, opening March 25, 2010. Either way, you'll get full benefit of Heartland GreenUp's presentations, panels and seminars via live streaming video; network with other virtual attendees, virtual speakers and sponsor representatives; and get a first-hand look at how technology is expanding our 'event horizon,' while adding only minimally to Heartland GreenUp's carbon footprint.
The Symposium offers sessions in four tracks – green computing, alternative energy, public/private green initiatives and forecasting technology’s impact by 2020. A complete list of presenters is available at http://www.theheartlandgreenup.com today. Online registration is available at http://www.theheartlandgreenup.com including a discount offered through April 1, 2010.
