Level II Corporate--Member Benefits

The Virtual Edge Institute (VEI) provides the following promotional and market development activities on behalf of and for its Level II Corporate members:

  • Virtual Edge Newsletter - (Educational, Demand Generation and Lead Generation) This is a monthly newsletter that seeks to reach a broad audience of events, meeting and marketing professionals with information, best practices and case studies that promote the overall benefits of virtual event technology solutions. It will also cover news from member companies. Level II Members receive a 180 by 180 (pixel) ad and link in the email version as well as monthly coverage of news.

  • Virtual Events Resource Book - (Educational, Demand Generation, Lead Generation) VEI Level Il Corporate members will get first opportunity to submit content to the resource book currently being downloaded multiple times per day from the Virtual Edge website. VEI will continuously advertise the free book and Level II Members will receive a monthly list of all those who downloaded the book.

  • VirtualEdge.org Site Exposure - (Educational, Demand Generation and Lead Generation) VEI members will have the advantage of exposure on the VirtualEdge.org community website and be allowed to post news, events, jobs, blogs, and other relevant content or announcements. Level II Members receive a logo and link and can to post in all sections.

  • Social Media Marketing - (Educational, Demand Generation) The Virtual Edge team will diligently seek out and respond to tips from members on subjects that are relevant to the virtual events and meetings industry. In some cases this may be responding to critics of virtual events and in others correctly positioning virtual event solutions and technology as solutions to marketing and collaboration challenges. Level II Members where appropriate, will receive mention in these postings.

  • Ecomeeter - (Educational, Demand Generation<) The 'ecomeeter' is a program designed to aggregate the calculations for total carbon avoided by meeting virtually as well as measuring the relative success of the attendees that attend the events. Aggregated data will then be used to promote the effectiveness and benefits of virtual meetings. All Level II Members promoted in email marketing and get website advertising on ecomeeter.com.

  • Virtual Edge Summits - (Educational, Demand Generation and Lead Generation) These are meshed events that seek to bring together the leading minds and experienced practitioners in the virtual events and meeting space to share best practices, case studies, techniques, findings and to network with suppliers and their peers. All Members benefit from overall industry exposure. (Sponsorship opportunities available.)

  • Market Studies - (Educational, Demand Generation and Lead Generation) The market studies that VEI will propose will be aimed at aiding in the understanding of the benefits of virtual events and meetings for marketing and collaboration purposes. VEI will not rank or analyze platforms or environments. All Members benefit from overall industry exposure. Sponsors receive the list of all report recipients and ad in report.
