Revisiting Virtual Edge Summit 2011: Past, Present and Future

Webcasting Report Provides Insights for Virtual Events

ON24, a webcasting and virtual events company, recently released a new white paper titled “ON24 2010 Webcasting Report: Webcast Benchmarks and Best Practices for Lead Generation.” According to the report, the company evaluated 10,000 webcasts used by 700 corporate clients for demand generation. Virtual, Immersive, Engagement, Oh My: A First Step to Understanding

Attending the 2011 Virtual Edge Summit reminded me of conferences I attended in my field of education and training about 5 years ago. That is when we were first seriously exploring the potential of the ideas of "virtual", and "3D" as tools to enhance learning and training.
